If you've got more than a few computers, you'll know that computer issues crop up all the time. Often these are only little things that aren't worth getting someone out just to fix.
Sometimes it can be worthwhile just having a regular visit from a technician, and you just give him or her a list of things that need attention when they arrive. This can be monthly or six monthly or whatever interval you like.
A big advantage of this is that it establishes a relationship, and your technician gets to know you and your business, and is much better able to help you out with advice or if there's a crisis.
We're happy to arrange regular visits with you, and we can offer you support plans where we'll regularly monitor your business' computers, and give you preferential treatment when you need us in a hurry.
Indeed, for a number of customers, we remotely monitor their computers systems, sometimes fix problems even before they notice them themselves, and can frequently fix things straight away from wherever we are at the time!
