In a a way, computers can be like cars. Even if the computer is still working, if it starts to go a bit slower than it used to, or if you're starting to get unexpected popup advertising appearing, or if programs or email don't seem to be quite right, these could be a sign that your computer is infected with a virus or worm, or that some of the settings or preferences have become corrupted.
And, like cars, sometimes little problems, like running slowly, can become bigger problems, like not running at all, which could have been prevented.
We can check out your computer, scan for and clean out infections, and advise when we think it might be time for you to start looking for a new computer. Remember... we're not in the business of selling computers, so we won't be recommending a new computer to you so that we can make a quick buck.
We'll also check out your network, look for wireless problems, check that you have the latest drivers and software patches, and that any antivirus software is up to date.
