Computers, like cars, can break down unexpectedly, even if you've been taking good care of them and have had them regularly serviced.
If, heaven forbid, your computer should die, or stops booting and there's vital information stored on it, we may be able to help.
If the operating system is totally stuffed, we may still be able to boot your computer using one of our recovery disks and get your data.
If that fails we may be able to take the hard disk out and connect it to one of our diagnostic computers in our service center and recover your files.
Failing that, and especially if the hard disk itself has been damaged, we can send your hard disk to a forensic data recovery service. They specialise in recovering data from computer hard disks in most any condition.
Before you get to the point where you might need us to recover data from a broken computer, you should probably talk to us about backups and document protection to prevent the loss in the first place.
